Returns & Refunds
We offer 7 days to return all purchases excluding custom items.
You will need to notify us via the "contact us" page and return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include a photo of the product, the box (to show any damage) and all four sides of the box. All items must be returned in the same condition received. We do not cover the cost of shipping your item back to our warehouse.
Unsure about your purchase? We will happily provide an exchange or credit for your item under the following conditions:

Item must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached

Item must not be damaged, used, or altered

You must contact us before returning your item

Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty

Refunds are only available for faulty items

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Email us right away via the "contact us" page with your name, email, phone number, confirmation number, items ordered, order number and a reason for the cancellation. Unshipped orders will be completely refunded. Any orders that have already shipped out will need to be returned in an unopened state and then a cancellation and refund will be issued. We do not cover the cost of shipping your item back to our warehouse. No cancellations after 3 business days.
